Journey to Results, LLC ( “me”,“we” or “us” or “our”) provides leadership development coaching and consulting services, and respects the privacy of our users and visitors (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website juorneytoresults.com, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). Please read this privacy policy carefully.  If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.

  • The Services you have acquired from us, including coaching, consulting or other customized services.

  • Your social profile information for Social Networks you choose to connect to the Services. For example, your Facebook profile information may include your Facebook username and profile image.

  • A specific location such as an address, a city, or a place (for example, a restaurant) if you choose to share this information.

  • Your messages, posts, comments, images, advertising, and other material you share with Journey to Results, LLC; and information that is collected from the Social Networks that you choose to connect to and which is displayed on our website.

  • Content that you may send and receive through Social Networks may contain personal information that Journey to Results, LLC does not directly collect or process. This may include information such as: names, photos, age, gender, geographic location, opinions, preferences, and phone numbers.

Usage Data

  • Log data, which may include your IP address, the address of the web page you visited before using the Services, your browser type and settings, your device information (such as make, model, and OS), the date and time when you used the Services, information about your browser configuration, language preferences, unique identifiers, and cookies.

Gathering accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a customized experience so we can deliver the products and services you request in the format you request, for example e-books, videos, podcasts, newsletters, promotional updates and events, security notices, policy changes.  Every communication/email you receive gives you the choice to voluntarily unsubscribe or opt out.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. You also have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Site.
