Energy Anatomy Refresher
First a brief refresher. The chakras are spinning wheels of light that run up and down your spine and direct energy in the body. There are seven and they are connected to our endocrine glands and organs. They are responsible for various mental and physical processes and contribute to our “ease” or our “dis-ease.”
The aura is an energy field that surrounds all living things and depicts the state of our energy through seven layers. The different colors of your aura provide insight into your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
The energy pathways are additional channels for the universal life force energy to flow. There are meridians, treated in Chinese medicine and by chiropractors using acupuncture (with needles) or acupressure (with the hands). There are nadis (like meridians but called nadis in the Ayurvedic system). All of these pathways are networks that channel universal life force energy to flow through our bodies.
What is Energy Anatomy Care?
Simply put…. You healing yourself and bringing your energy anatomy into greater balance and harmony! It is also creating a “nutritional plan” for your energy anatomy to awaken the energies that bring you joy, resilience, enthusiasm, vitality and a greater sense of life purpose in mind, body and spirit. There are zillions of things you can do to take care of your chakras, auras and energy pathways.
Bottom line….If your energy is healthy, you will be healthy. You can do much to support and take care of your own energy balances.

The chakras, auras and energy pathways are vital to our health and wellbeing. They can all get blocked from stress or illness and impact overall health. You want to keep all of your energy anatomy open, clear, healthy and balanced so you are physically, mentally and spiritually healthy and balanced and this email series focuses on tips to do just that. Crown Chakra - governs our spiritual connection.

Get close to your higher power & surrender a problem.
Third Eye Chakra - governs our intellectual and intuitive capabilities.

Listen for your intuition by asking the universe a question and let the answer come in the universe’s timeframe.
Throat Chakra - governs our communication and our ability to speak our truth.

Listen to someone with your whole self without getting distracted for five minutes and then have them listen to you. Aim to have your complete attention on the other person.
Heart chakra - governs our higher emotions.

Forgive yourself or others.
Solar plexus chakra - governs our ability to stand up for ourselves.

Assert yourself and your needs.
Sacral chakra - governs our ability to be creative and go with the flow of life

Make small changes like try a new recipe or take a new route.
Root chakra – governs our physical body and strucutre.

Walk every day. Center yourself daily. Take care of your foundation needs – eating, drinking plenty of water, sleeping, relaxing and having fun.
